As a Spiritual Life Coach, I work with topics that address the mind, body, and soul to help you on your path to your highest self. I feel that my soul’s purpose on this planet is to help guide others on a path to their most authentic and joyful expression. I believe in joy, creativity, soulful expression, nourishment, intuition, embodiment, and self love.
